Personally, I hope this creates some upward mobility for College managers in the future, which is possible if he succeeds. It would help get better coaches in the college ranks that could really help with player development.

The sadness that I’d be feeling if Jay left for the pros is probably equal to what an every day vols fan felt for the first 20 years of this century. I’m spoiled and want a few more titles. Definitely wouldn’t be beating my chest on the rant
