We can joke and argue about calls, but Kirby’s 2nd half defensive adjustments are about as reliable as anything in the sport

They folded immediately and completely at the very slightest signs of adversity despite owning almost the entire first half dominantly. I don’t really blame the players, I mean they obviously carry some responsibility as they actually play, but the it’s largely on Hugh freeze. He is the head coach and the tone of his halftime interview doesn’t indicate to me he did anything at halftime other than whine.

This game wasn’t really so much about adjustments tbh. Kirby even said it in the post game conference. Auburn ran out of plays UGA hadn’t seen anything to prepare for on tape and that’s the moment their offense grounded to a halt. I’m sure they tinkered a few things but it’s largely just that simple

It's on coaches to have a team mentality to move on after a call goes the other team's way.
