Google works to block the tools, the developers work to ensure they work.

IIRC, 4k videodownloader (the App) is pretty nice but the developer deprecated the legacy version to come our with a new (and increase revenue) when it has little/ no new features.

neither of above worked

github one gave error
and
url one just plays it in another tab but doesnt really donwload anything
