I think this is the fundamental issue a lot of people need to understand. Not having top recruiting or portal classes is why we aren’t top 10 and a playoff team, it’s not why we lose to g5 teams. Talent and lack of nil is why we aren’t top 10 nationally defensively coaching is why we are not top 100

Having a career offensive linemen in year 5 without a good offensive line is why we are where we are. His unnatural loyalty to losers is why we are where we are.

How did you not know Enos was going to be trash?
How did you not see KJ doing jack shite to be prepared? He spent his entire off season more worried about getting new cars and not managing his weight or learning to read a defense.
Travis Williams has been lit up every year he has been here. But he is fun and raps, just like Pittmans id drink a beer with him schtick.

How did you know? Maybe they can hire you to see the future.
Enos was good when he was here before, not a bad risk.
KJ was good until he wasn’t, not a bad risk.
TWill is an average coordinator who isn’t bringing in the talent for whatever reason but the next guy may not be any better unless he can bring in better talent.
Until we start outbidding other teams this is what we are, one score away from a win, which could be good coaching keeping us in the games.
I’m frustrated too..

Read my OP. Better talent will raise your ceiling, but it won’t raise the floor. You think Texas didn’t have talent under Charlie strong or tom herman? You think bama isn’t still one of the most talented rosters in college football? Coaching matters.

Coaching also limits your talent. If the coach isn't worth his whistle talent isn't coming to play for them.

Enos was at 5 schools in 4 years after leaving Arkansas is how I knew. Everyone talks about his time at Bama, he was a qb coach not OC. Working with hurts, Tua… he didn’t do shite with or for them.
