Initially, I thought it was just a bad first game situation for him. However, I watched his reps from 2024 and he looked more unqualified than inexperienced. Good luck Texas fans because yall might be kolached on this one.

The only time he played UGA last year in any real capacity, he looked worst than Nico did against them even. I saw some red flags early on. Nothing against Ohio State has changed my opinion. The top of that HS QB class was extremely overrated in general.

Cade Klubnik vs LSU:

19/38 230 yards 1 INT

QBR : 31.4 (103rd in the nation)

Worse QBR than Arch.

Ouch

So you come to an SEC board just to dog on on a Texas quarterback who Clemson doesn’t even play this year?

It sounds like a coping defense because you realize just how shite Clemson might be this year. Kinda like . “Well we’re bad but look at how bad this team is” weird way to cope, but hey, whatever the frick floats your boat.

They'll just run go hide on TigerRant once they lose their first game. Let the 2nd one happen and they'll start the usual LSU antics. Been half a decade since they were able to even show up after the first game of the season, they've been bottling this up for years.

too hyperbolic. too soon.

Much like the talk of the downfall of Bama, you all are making drastic assumptions too soon.

Arch will get better.
Bama won’t lose 5 games this season.

a) where is his crap talk?
b) thank you for acknowledging we have a high risk schedule, we know that, we play in the SEC
c) also thank you for acknowledging your ACC schedule is pathetic

He's not there yet but has some talent and a great support system around him. OSU was a tough test for the first game of a first year starter.

The big question I think is will the game slow down for him as he gets more reps at this level? A lot of elite QBs pre-read defenses and have an idea of where they are going with the ball beforehand. Also they are hard workers in terms of studying defenses, knowing their own playbooks in and out, and are great decision makers with all those factors integrated together.

If he wants to be a one-read QB who takes off if that option isn't there, I don't think he will be able to succeed at this level. However, if he's committed to his craft, and works hard to get better, things could improve (possibly significantly).

By the time Texas plays Oklahoma on 10/13, Longhorn fans should have a fair read on Arch's potential and on how their season will play out.

I'm all for the kid...his Grandfather was one of my heroes when I was growing up so hope he does well.

How many times have they shown Cade Klubnik's parents on TV this year?

Clemson has a lot of room to talk about an overrated QB.

Did it ever occur to you how dumb of a statement this is when you're responding to an Alabama fan? I suspect not.

It was his first start vs an extremely tough oppnent..he will be fine. He is very young and his talent made most high school games easy. Give him a year he will adjust to playing even competition and be fine.

Not really, what i do find funny is how Bama fans want to try and continuue to act like Alabama football is still special....Alabama football is now just a average SEC program, the glory days are gone lol
