Looks pretty good with receivers who can separate and catch. OL that can block seems to help also.

It was never a problem when he was playing well. The pass before the half took an amazing catch not to be an int. Miami will screw it up at some point this season, they always do.

Regardless, what was said is when he has good receivers he looks good. Same as most qbs. Ex. Bryce young with starters vs without. Our main issues last year was always o-line/running game. Not him

Too early to tell anything. Miami has always looked great only to lose to Tech or so either has been or never was.

Yeah. I'm definitely not predicting Miami to win anything of significance. Just stating that he is and always has been a more than an avg qb.

Last years UGA receiving group would’ve batted that TD pass in the air and had it intercepted. He threaded the needle into double or triple cover and it paid off. I remeber brock having to one hand some beck passes on the plains in 23.

He looked fine but there was always something off. I don’t know if it was chemistry or what. He never quite fit in with UGA culture IMO.

His emotions during the game and in the end game interview….he's like a totally different person. Maybe the injury and trying to work back impacted him but he seemed much more emotionally engaged.

Good for him. No hard feelings Beck.

You could see the relief of being out from underneath the cancer dawgs. That is how terrible you are as humans. You know who you are.

He threw for 200 total yards, let’s pump the brakes. One of those TD’s was a prayer that was getting intercepted until his WR one hand grabbed it.

He looked no different than past seasons. The Disneys on the site will slob his knob all season and claim that Bobo wasn’t the problem either.

He was kicked enough while he was down. Nice comeback story. Good for him.

There were times last season that he looked lost and like a different quarterback than his first year starting. His pocket presense was also way shittier last season relative to his first season starting. The Ole Miss game and the Texas game, he didn't stand a chance in hell. There were never any games in his first season starting when he looked completely hopeless out there.

If any of us are concluding if Beck was "good" or "fine" or whatever last year, it probably depends on whether or not you are judging him against how he played in his first year starting or if you're just looking at last season by itself.

Or if you take into account that his receivers dropped everything. Hard to look happy, stay engaged or play well when you know you’re about to about to throw it to a wall with legs and a helmet.
