Diego Pavia might beat us again at BDS. Vandy will be better than last year, we look worse

I can’t imagine the humiliation this team may bring to bear on us.

Probably should have taken a page out of Auburn tactics.

And just go get the coaches and players that have beaten your team before.

We should have went after Pavia hard

Lanorris Sellers with South Carolina and the new Tennessee quarterback can move, too. We seriously are staring a losing season in the face right now.

I was impressed by Aguilar. He doesn’t have a howitzer arm but he’s solid and more ominously he fits like a glove in Heupel’s offense. I didn’t see anything today in Tallahassee that gives me hope we can hang with them.

Oh and Gunner Stockton at Georgia can scramble around. I wonder if we drop that game or Vandy again we will see staff changes.

Byrne needs to have a serious “come to Jesus” with DeBoer first thing Monday morning. Not just a weekly “staff meeting,” a “come to Jesus.” Someone, somewhere, somehow needs to get it through this guy’s head that this level of performance by an Alabama team is not acceptable and a failure to improve is grounds for termination of employment no matter what the price tag is. I fear it may be a fool’s errand.

Herbstreit just said the story of the day was just how “average” and “lethargic” Alabama looked.

That is 100% on DeBoer and we are paying him $80 million.

Something needs to happen quickly. Byrne clearly botched the hire and if he gets any inkling that DeBoer doesn’t have his heart set on the Alabama job then a move needs to be made immediately. The damage to the program needs to be addressed first and foremost.

Lol.

And CKD response will be "no problem just be sure to wire my severance to the following bank account".

If he was coaching for his future that might work. His family has been stupidly financially secured for generations. Would be nice to include something radical like performance clauses in contracts...and ones that protect the school, not ones that pay $50,000 extra for each post game fart.

Don’t worry guys. Our team will be sure to say something that sounds cool leading up to it

I despise losing but I can handle a loss if we compete with someone on even terms and it turns out they were a little better than us on a given day and beat us in a fair fight. There’s honor in that.

I can’t handle looking like arse and having no fire and just not being able to compete.

I won’t go so far as to say the death of the program. That’s ridiculous. We survived 1997-2006.

All that and the ridiculous stupid penalties like James Smith had today. That selfish penalty broke our back on that drive. We stopped them and were about to get the ball back.
