He followed the GOAT, had a first year OC, had to hold together a team full of talent and ego that was fleeing to the portal, and was left, basically, forced to play a QB that didn't really fit his offensive scheme.
Had some ugly losses and some impressive wins. B+ effort.
I think he gets a pass, as should all HCs, until year 3. If the same single digit win results, he can head elsewhere.
