Gainesville ranked most dangerous college city in new study. Way to go Libs and your left wing policies. While the study says that the area around UF is well protected and safe, don’t leave a friend alone at a bar downtown. LINK

Never thought about it that much when I was at UF but I didn't go to many bars there that got a big non-UF crowd. I remember some of our players having incidents with the locals though.

How did you miss the torture of statistics and linear regression in college?

IF : All 50 states are actually PURPLE (RED+BLUE)

THEN : RED = Rural / Low Density
THEN : BLUE = Urban / High Density

THEN : RED = more personal space per unit of population
THEN : BLUE = less personal space per unit of population

END : Higher Density = Higher Crime

Nowhere in the the equation is liberal or conservative or moderate or apatheic enter the input to correctly predict the correct output.

Yes, FOX shills for Republicans

MSNBC shills for Democrats

US gets divided instead united and we look more like the end times in Rome every day.

We need to clone Churchill, unappreciated at the time but history proved he united the UK to stop the Nazi's. D or R, we need a POTUS & Congress to unite and kick Russia and China in the nuts, not be pals. Coddle them like Chamberlin did is just asking for trouble down row road. I am angry with this Republican Party the same way the John Birch minority called IKE a Commie, current Party would call him a RiNO.

Did you ever wade through his books?

Sometimes like reading Dickens (before modern publishing dumbed him down) but good stuff and how soon he saw clouds forming but nobody would listen. Had Chamberlin stayed in we would all be speaking German now. Loved Churchill's common sense and his ability to motivate the common man to perform well above his ability.

With my short term memory issues books suck, literally can't remember anything I have read. Sad..I loved books..especially Spy Thrillers or dystopian Worlds like 1984 and Animal Farm.

I think Animal Farm was written by the guy who knew the guy that exposed Stalin in the 1930's and killing 8 million Catholic and Jewish Ukrainians by working them to death to grow the crops to feed Moscow then taking the grains and starving them to death that many resorted to eating their dead and cannibalism. Hitlers 6 million Jews were less but they got all the press.

Bleak times back then but should read the works to heed the warnings they were teaching us.
