MLB thought it would be cool to build a temporary baseball stadium on the infield of Bristol Motor Speedway. They were hoping to have the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds play a game there for the MLB Speedway Classic. This was going to be the first Major League Baseball game ever played in the state of Tennessee. However, a storm went through and the game was flooded out.

Not just that. Poor planning. Which the person who runs events at the stadium, if you know you’re expecting 90k and baseball staff don’t know how to prepare for 90k you should help them prepare instead of letting a whole arse event flop.

In Bristol England I have been following the new train station that has been delayed far too long in my view.
I follow Bristol CT as that is where ESPN started and is headquartered and the effects their communications have on college sports. It is also home to Stop & Shop and their ties to an old flame of mine
