Well, this certainly softens the blow from losing Atkinson to Texas.
225 pounder that was clocked at 4.57 in the 40...HELLO! I'll take it.

This might sound like a troll towards him and UGA, but I am shocked he is ranked that low, I know Bama really wanted, I just assumed he was ranked much higher as much as Bama & UGA wanted him

Eh, another site had him at #16 I think, but does it really matter?
While it certainly gives everyone more bliss to see a player ranked in the top 5, I always like to remind myself....the 247 website ranked Stetson Bennett as the 286th best player in the state of Georgia. Not in the nation, but in the state.

If he stays 3 years it's a damn good get. Very good get.
Some teams are going affter players that will stay. I still want all 5 stars.....but ut's been shown some 3 stars are better than hyped up players.
Many teams can show what a 3 star can do in college,

Shemar Stewart ran that at almost 270 pounds at the combine
James Pearce was a tenth faster and 20 pounds heavier
As crazy as it is to say, that really isn't that fast anymore.
Its good for a high schooler who likely hasn't trained for the 40, but I'd bet he runs track

Well yeah, when you compare him to pro athletes it’s not that great but let’s see what he does after 3 years of training and nutrition.

And that’s why they were 1st rounders.

So basically the players he is going to be competing for playing time with at Georgia? Especially being a LB.
That 40 time is fine. Justin Williams ran like a 4.4

Which I acknowledged in my post. Most people don't get any faster while also gaining weight though. Actually the opposite, usually.

I feel like most UGA players get bigger and faster. I can’t speak for other programs but I’m pretty sure UGA players typically do. But I’m too lazy to find the stats
