Didn’t Jim Sclossnoggle say it’s tougher to win the SEC than the National Championship?

He also said “Gig’em” and then proceeded to lose. I think he bet on UTSA.

There's irony in Shloss and Bianco being best friends.

Mike tried to leave Ole Miss for their rival that happened to be the top coaching job in all of college baseball. Thankfully LSU chose Johnson over him.

Jim tried to leave aTm for their biggest Rival (what I consider the #2 job in college baseball just ahead of MSU) and succeeded.

Who is the bigger villain ?

I know if I had to see MB, clad in Purple and Gold, getting slapped on the back by Skip and Ben McDonald on the field after winning a Sunday rubber match at Swayze it'd make me sick to my stomach.

he said that before the sec tourney game as a complement to the talent in the conference. You are looking for a story that isn't there.
UTSA is simply a better team.
He probably feels different now but you have to consider when he said it. if he had said that last night he'd be catching shite and rightfully so.

The fact there were only about 100 horn fans in the stands if kind of telling that maybe they didn’t think they could win against UTSA.

Texas had a good record with the schedule they were given by the SEC...with so many teams in the conference and uneven schedules, regular season conference record is not necessarily the best indication of team strength.

I will say no more...

Schloss needs to shut up and just coach baseball. But his goof-ups are entertaining for sure.
