Richmond is a less chaotic version of Devo.

work on his 3 shot, or stop it....

Plus, he ran haphazardly all the way down into a logjam at one point, should have passed it back out for a set.

Plus... ok, all I got.

Devo won us tourney games... Will Richmond?

Yes. And hes bigger and I think more athletic. He is literally the closest thing to a human Tigger(as in Winnie the Pooh character) that I’ve ever seen.

Yes, good observation. He has that sort of ability to jump high several times in a row quickly, Similar to Dennis Rodman, obviously not at that level, but he does have a quick bounce ability that others don't have.

Devo was nails in the post season. He would take time off literally during the season. He was a razorback from birth and did well during his time here.

BUT, Richmond brings that Memphis toughness and motor we haven't seen since the mid 90s. He's an effort guy who put up 16 points to lead the team in scoring mainly from garbage buckets. He plays tough defense and goes all out every second he's in the court like all the Memphis guys did back in the day.

There only a couple of Day and Hardaway types that come from Memphis, guys who can do it all, but the effort guys are remembered just as fondly as these guys.

Yep. Taller, better shooter and shot blocker, but not as good at passing. Devo would make some boneheaded passes, but he also had some that were incredible. Richmond is more polished.

Both rose their game for the NCAAT.

Richmond isn’t a complete head case.

I am convinced most of Muss issues were a result of Devo.

More than once I was told Muss loved Devo like his own and went above and beyond for him. Even during all his breakdowns where he left the team.

Speaks to how good Muss was as a person but you can’t tell me the double standards didn’t take a toll on the team.

Likely why Muss didn’t take him to Cali with him and likely why Devo absolutely cratered this year.

Appreciate all he did for the program but he needed to go.
