Napier and Stricklin have been interviewing for the GM role according to Reddit.

The four candidates:

- David Caldwell - the 51-year-old has been a personnel executive with the Eagles since 2021 following a long stint as Jags GM (2013-20)
- Matt Lindsay - current Ole Miss general Manager who worked in scouting with the Eagles in 2013-14
- Nick Polk - former director of football operations for 17 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons
- Rick Mueller - current director of player personnel for the UFL’s Arlington Renegades and a veteran of six other professional organizations, including the Eagles from 2012-16.

One comment mentions that Howie Roseman is just helping them select someone based on the list of guys up for the job.

Howie Roseman is the EVP/GM for the Philadelphia Eagles and he’s a Gator alum.

You have to give Napier credit for the fact players are committed to him. Now just get someone to call plays!!!

UFMatt can rejoice. Steve Spurrier Jr. has joined the coaching staff.

Only if Napier allows him some input in play calling or turns it over to him completely.

I keep hearing this more and more. At some point schools need to be called out and punished for it.

If that doctors guess is right on what the injury might be its nuts they didn't do surgery on Lagway right after the regular season. He needs reps by camp to improve his short passing when teams play heavy coverage.

Lagway's injury...

Looks like Napier screwed up here if he has to get surgery eventually apparently. Why didn't they do it after the FSU game as he isn't going to throw until camp before the season anyway it appears. Now if it acts up we are probably screwed big time this coming season.
