Nussmeier gets $1.5 for next year, what’s the cut for negotiating that?

That is the mean percentage. I believe there’s a standard deviation of 5.63%

They might waive percentage in order to represent them for future nfl earnings which is still where the real $ will be

Yeah the pros is where the big dollars are. But I’m guessing the agents handling with these collegiate players are getting at least a cut of NIL, too. Probably one handler is trying to get as many athletes as possible to make as much in case their NFL hopes aren’t quite there yet due to injury or something else

They are called handlers now - uncle, cousin, friend down the street, barber, etc.

I think you need a lawyer in the negotiations.

From what I understand it's on a sliding scale in most agent-athlete situations. Similar to real estate agents who don't charge the full 6% on a 50 million transaction, but will charge the full commission on small dollar transactions where they still have to do the same amount of work to close.

Because they are signing NIL contracts based on a negotiated value. At least need a lawyer…if not an agent negotiating on your behalf.

I randomly know this through some former coaches/players. It depends on the player but some are taking 20-30% which is wild. NFL agents are waaaaay lower.
