Tebow didn't really have much of a decision to mhim ake. I don't really blame him for not admitting the obvious, though.

You cant compare Tebow's situation to JR's. JR had $30M waiting for him; Tebow wont make much money in the NFL.

LSU. The women.

So the potential for making millions of dollars or the risk of sustaining a career ending industry....you still chose LSU.

FWIW, plenty of women for stud NFL players

Tebow is coming back because he enjoys being a college student. There is no other reason.

because he knows he's king of Florida and his career in the NFL is suspect..Agree?

And how's your NFL career looking?

The kid is a great player - I love watching him play - I look forward to watching him in the NFL.

You and I both know that if he was wearing P&G you'd be jumping up and down because he was staying, and you'd expect him to be the #1 overall in next years draft.

Not just Tebow, Harvin was interviewed and said he's most likely coming back, and Spikes has been leaning that way as well.

It's hard to imagine with that, that we should not be preseason No. 1, and I believe the only serious threat to an undefeated season is LSU. Who else on our schedule will be anything more than a minor speed bump?

i think your taking it wrong.tebow is a team player with alot of heart.russel was more for russel and not a team player.i bet his teams never do anything in the league.

frick you and the bullshite you rode in on. You have no clue what made JaMarcus tick. You for goddam sure weren't out there with him all summer every summer, running sprints, working out, and busting your arse year round like he was to help out HIS team. He was a hell of a leader, probably the best QB to ever wear purple and gold, and has been nothing but a positive for LSU from his outstanding comeback in Saban's last "frick you, farewell" fiasco to the heartstopping game winner in Tempe in the Katrina game. He led our team to back-to-back 11 win seasons (first time EVER, and still only QB to do that), two top 5 rankings, and finished as the first LSU QB to go #1 in the NFL draft.

If you want to wish him ill fortune and no success in his football future because your sloppy, lazy arse thinks he wasn't a "team player", then go frick yourself for bad mouthing a true Tiger.

... for the same reason Shaq came back to LSU for his Junior season: didn't wanna take the pay cut.

What's wrong with that? Nothing in the league is guaranteed, look at Leinart, Young, Bush and countless others, enjoy college when you can, there is no going back. The potential money isn't going anywhere.

Look at it this way, we KNOW this is his last season. After 2009, the Gators will get a serious hangover......I am even expecting Meyer to bolt.

I do hope this isn't the year Mr. Injury visits him.....he has done well avoiding injury but something tells me Fate is not going to be kind this year.

Some validity, but if he gets a career-ending injury, the $3mill insurance money (tax free) will ease some of the pain.
