It's understandable, of course. A 4 game losing streak in the NFL is ridiculous and any fan of any team would be down.

But, I'm a neutral observer. My hunch is that the Falcs and Bucs finish with the same regular season record and the Falcs win the NFC South on the tie-breaker.

Falcs final four game schedule is weaker than the Bucs schedule.

Playoffs? I'm not talking about any "Falcs in Playoffs" predictions. I'm talking about the pre-season prediction regarding who would be the NFC South Champs.

I still think it's the Falcs of the Ay-Tee- Ell .

High five right 'chea, fam.

Champagne, always trolling but kinda...

I think this is about the record we would've projected. Not sure anyone had ATL winning in Minnesota, preseason or midseason.
The frustrating part is the winning streak followed by a losing streak but such is the NFL.

Not sure the Bucs or Falcons have any business sniffing the playoffs but I will be curious to see how ATL finishes the season out.

Not the point of the thread.

The point of the thread is that with only 4 games left, the Falcs have the more easy schedule-path than the Bucs. Sweeping the bucs in 2024 is a huge Falc-o-holic accomplishment. YUGE, as Trump would say (PS he's probably not a Falcs fan).

I follow NFL games through NFL RedZone, so, I never see the whole game of any game. Nobody expected the Falcs to go to Minn and beat the Vikes. But ya gotta admit that after that opening TD Falcs drive, things looked pretty good for the Visitors.

We'll see.

Somehow - they'll end up with the 8th pick for the fourth straight year. And probably draft a Qb or Wr. So Falcons...

The most frustrating part is this season was entirely predictable and avoidable. The idiots who run this franchise operated all offseason as if they had a Super Bowl caliber team but were just missing a QB. Terry and Raheem grossly overrated the talent on this roster and we're paying the price for it now. Only a blind, retarded homer could have looked at this roster and thought it was among the NFL elite.

They signed cousins and drafted penix to sell season tickets to all demographics in a move of desperation.

Yeah how do we stop cousins from throwing INT’s?

Cousins has done worse than I thought he would. You see flashes of brilliance from him sometimes, right? I thought that was normal for him.

It's going to be tough on the Falcs now. If they don't win all four of these final games, it's going to be tough.

In no way are the Falcons and Bucs ending with the same record. Falcons have already blown it. I don't see another L for the Bucs in their regular season schedule.

Bucs just went out west and destroyed the team the Falcons laid an egg against that had to come east to Atlanta.

Meanwhile, it would not shock me at all to see the Raiders win tonight.

Yea if ATL loses tonight, it's over. Not sure where Champagne sees the Bucs with the harder schedule. Their schedule is pretty easy the remainder of the way.

Bucs:
@Cowboys (6-8)
vs. Panthers (3-11)
vs. Saints (5-9)

Falcons:
@ LV (2-11) - However, Bucs already won this week so Falcons have to win.
vs. Giants (2-12)
@ Commanders (9-5) - probably an L in the cold
vs. Panthers (3-11)

So yea, if the Bucs win 2/3, the Falcons would need to win 3/4. It's possible but a loss tonight and ATL is all but doomed.

If we lose to 2-11 Raiders, then Morris needs to be fired tonight.

Come on, man. There is no way that the terrible LV team was going to beat the Falcs last night.

Yes, the Big ATL Mean Machine from Flowery Branch may or may not make the playoffs this season. The odds are slightly against it. HOWEVER, the talent disparity between these two teams is huge.

It was closer than the Dawg/Falcs fans wanted to see, but, it was a win and frankly an LV win was assured.

Even IF, that Roughing the Passer penalty had not happened, Des Ridder was not able to lead a TD drive in that situation.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

3 games left. Falcs must win out and Bucs must drop a game. Cowboys could beat the Bucs.

Well, we all have to cheer on the Saints next weekend to beat the Bucs. It might be best to just not make the playoffs and get destroyed in round 1.

Maybe just take that 16th round pick instead of the 18th or whatever it'd be.

Atlanta media is finally turning on Arthur Blank en masse. Last night was the Line of Demarcation.

He needs to be absolutely grilled.

Heck you always want to win the Division and go to the playoffs no matter who you have to root for.

True.

But enough heat on him and maybe he'll finally realize that what he's been doing the last decade months isn't working and change his ways. Quit the meddling. Fire McKay Hire an actual president of football ops. And I think we've finally got to that point. Sunday night was the line of demarcation for Arthur Blank.

Oh I dunno about all that. If we could weather the 28-3 debacle, this is nothing. Then again, we haven't done shite since that SB run.
