5 straight wins against Auburn!! 8 out of last 10
Against Tennessee 16 out of last 18
Against LSU it is 14 out of 18
I know I am cherry-picking the years to make it look even better, but for those of us that grew up with the Mikes and Franchione this is like a dream for us. We went to middle school, high school, and college with significant losing streaks to all three of those teams above and I never thought we would be where we are today.
In saying that, it's just going to get tougher to win these in the next few years. Tennessee has a good thing going with Heupel and the refs in even number years. They are going to be good for the forseeable future, so we probably won't be winning 16 in a row against them anymore.
Auburn is recruiting lights out right now. If Freeze ever learned to be a good coach he may have something brewing down there. I know we broke that voodoo curse the past two times we played there but I expect that thing to rear it's ugly head in the future.
I never really considered LSU a rival until I found this site and now I hate them almost more than Tennessee. They are always going to be talented and will catch us some years.
There are some definite trends to be worried about with the program but lets at least enjoy a win against our (my) most hated rival for a little longer. The amount of trolling they do when they win gets on my nerves and wish we could give it back to them more than we do.

Yeah it’s been awesome. I was in high school when the fear the thumb streak from auburn was happening. Love that we are so far ahead of them now that 5 in a row doesnt even feel like that big a deal.

I think for LSU or Auburn to get back to beating Alabama, they need to hire the coach that Purdue just fired. He did a great job at Purdue. Auburn or LSU fans reading this, you need to get the Ryan Walters bandwagon going. You deserve better than Freeze and Kelly. Don't bother to look up Walters' record, just trust me on this.
