Do ya’ll think the offensive gameplan changes with Deonte Lawson being out? If Freeze doesn’t feed Hunter, he’s an idiot. That’s a big loss for them.

Which is an easier press conference?

“We gave it to Hunter 35 times because we thought that gave us the best chance to win”

Versus

“They had the box stacked so we threw more RPO and play action. I know 6 carries is not enough.”

I expect Bama to have some alignment issues saturday that hopefully we can exploit. He was the guy that got everyone lined up. Maybe their most important defensive player.

if we can get tempo going, we should be able to break some big runs

Okie had over 250 rushing vs Bama. Only 130 vs us. Okie only averages 150 a game rushing. We average over 170.
Bama D avg giving up 143 a game, before losing star linebacker.

Hunter finna eat.

If we give him the ball he will get his, but that’s TBD. Hugh had a pretty pragmatic game plan last year in the iron bowl so I’m hopeful.

We won’t be able to totally abandon the pass in Tuscaloosa though. Need Thorne using his legs to loosen up the coverage, probably.
