Would 5-6 losses with larger roster turnover than 29 players be any better than today? Because that was the situation in January 2024.

Considering it's a transition year, if we were to finish with three or four losses I'd give it a B. However, due to the way we have lost the games we've lost, I would then downgrade it to a C. It's concerning how completely lost we looked against Vandy and Oklahoma.

Alabama, and rightfully so, expects to win the conference every year and compete for the National Championship every year.
By those standards this season is a D, below average.
They can turn this into an A if they can squeeze into the playoffs and win a game or two.

Bama fans are coming back down into reality.
Saban knew when to jump ship. Other than LSU's one-and-done 2019 season, Alabama was the only good team in the SEC West during the last 10 years of its existence.
Now that Alabama doesn't have that cupcake SEC West schedule, everything is unraveling.
