Per Brooks Austin. Said he’s not playing vs Tech but could be huge for the SECCG and Playoffs. I wanna know how the plaintiff dropped charges over 3 weeks ago and this just happened today.

December 10th is when he is on the court calendar. That will probably be piss or get off the pot day one way or the other.

So 3 days after the SECCG. Maybe we get him back for the CFP then?

There isn't a plaintiff in criminal court. That's a civil thing.

The complainant/victim can refuse to cooperate with the prosecution, but it is up to the prosecutor to request a dismissal from the judge.

100 percent. It's Superior Court. The State of Georgia is the "plaintiff"

According to the graphic above, the case is in state court, not superior. Judge Auslander is a state court judge, and the case is being prosecuted by the solicitor (not the DA).

Everyone, whether guilty or not, deserves to have an advocate on their side to help them through the convoluted system.

This is America.

Meh too little too late. The kid missed the whole fricking year for being an idiot. I 100% believe he shoved this woman but she recanted due to fear or being paid off

Even if he comes back....he should sit. Isn't fair to the kids who didn't slap around their pregnant girlfriend

It was a joke

However I used to work with Bryant in the early 90’s and know his legal connections

He has a heart of gold and his childhood story is incredible. He truly cares for the guys and has been great at what he does. I know you didn’t mean it, but he is not a fixer as some people imply. He is a peer/mentor/foster Dad for the entire team.
