How can you gripe out schedule strength when…

For teams that have lost to unranked, weak, nobody teams (and some, multiple like Ole Miss & Bama), how do you reconcile griping out the schedules of others who have taken care of their business?

OU’s dying, lifeless body finally thrashed about a little bit last night for the first time all year and now you want to chirp about something? You guys are still a joke and likely will be as long as the methhead roofer is your HC.

The word you’re looking for is “about” not “out”.

Indeed, I noticed the typo after I posted and I’m mobile and it’s rather innocuous so I let it persist, but I’m really gruntled that the non-blueblood pissants like you guys are reduced to the most basic of grammar smack talk haaaaahahaha. Rock Chalk Gamebirds or whatever your nothing team says! I’m with you!

When you play tough teams, it gives other teams film on what works and doesn't work.
For example, last night Oklahoma beat Alabama because of the film other teams had put up against Alabama. They used the Vandy offense heavily, especially trying to limit the TOP and how often Alabama got the ball, as well as the option/shuffle pass. And they also used the Tennessee defensive gameplan heavily to shut down Jalen and make him 1 dimensional.
When Clemson beat Alabama 44-16, BV also used the gameplan from the Miss St game earlier in the year to shut Tua down.
At the same time, you as a team have to be able to overcome that. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't.
You ever seen a QB have success right away, but then start to struggle later in the year as team adjust to what he does? Same thing.

Maybe Bama should do more of what other teams are doing and less of what they're doing. Like losing for example.

Yall did get a relatively easy schedule. You were only given 2 of the original SEC "Big 6". (Georgia and Florida). But, if yall win they next 2 games, yall are definitely legit and in the Top 4 of the CFP. You won't hear any griping from me!

34-3. Shut up and keep listening.

Because that's not UGA.
UGA has no losses to unranked teams just like Texas.
Texas has played one ranked team and is 0-1. That game was at home.
UGA has played 5 ranked teams. Only one of those 5 games was at home. UGA is 3-2 in those games, but just 1-2 against ranked teams on the road. (1-0 at a neutral site, 1-0 at home)
The reality is that UGA should be ranked ahead of Texas. The only reason Texas is ahead of UGA is a weak SOS.
UGA beat them head to head on the road by 15 points with a bad offensive performance. UGA didn't even play well and still won.

OU also has no losses to unranked teams.
Unlike Texas, they actually beat a ranked team.
They just played a LOT more ranked opponents than Texas this year.

You keep bitching about this, maybe don’t lose more games than Texas?
It’s funny because while y'all just complain constantly that you lost games, in the end it will all work itself out. If UGA wins the SEC they’ll be ranked higher. Simple.
But seriously quit bleeding all over the board about this, it’s been over a week. Your period should be over.
PS: y’all let up 21 to Umass. You really should be thankful if you don’t drop on the rankings.

On the whole, I don’t think you’ll hear many objections to everything you just typed from Texas fans. If anyone can gripe about scheduling, it’s Georgia and only Georgia.
But the SEC being the SEC, every little pissant that gets a slice of the pie irrespective of their merit and achievements, is won’t to gripe and complain. The reality is, if you don’t lose to unranked losers like Auburn, Kentucky, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Florida or OU, you control your own destiny.
But alas, only one team has consistently handled their business with only one hiccup and God willing there will be a rematch and a chance to shut that part of the narrative up as well.

They also got blown out by us, a ranked team, 34-3. You are judged just as much by your losses as you are your wins.

We got this schedule because the SEC wants to keep us happy.
Get used to it.
