For the third time this season, Sam Pittman's coached teams just hands over a victory. His teams are now 1-3 in home SEC games this season.

Dominated the powerhouse New Mexico State team, now it’s time to enter the crazy world where anything can happen against Auburn week

Alabama beat the Mercer Bears, 52-7. It was your typical end of the season FCS opponent game. Next up is a road contest against Oklahoma. Can the Tide stay the course and make it to Atlanta?

Texas went into Fayetteville and played solid defense like they have all year, while the offense continues to struggle. Texas found a way to get the W and play a Kentucky team that might jump up and bite them in the arse as they look forward to the Aggie showdown next week.

The Cocks edged out a close one at home against Mizzou. Sellers balled out with 5 passing TDs, including a huge game winning drive against a fiesty Mizzou team that never quit. Up 21-6, Mizzou battled back to take the lead late with a huge performance by Cook, Noel, and a highlight reel catch by Burden. Rocket would not be denied though, pushing his way through several defenders for a game winning TD that set off the earthquake monitor. Gamecocks won a game that could've gone either way. Next up is the home finale against powerhouse Wofford before heading to cLemson.

If UGA and Ole' Miss played 10 times, home and home, what would the record be?

Maybe 6-4 or 7-3 UGA. Certainly would've liked to see us give ourselves a real attempt at beating Ole Miss and not that shite that actually transpired.

Normally I would say 50/50, but I would probably lean 6-4 Ole Miss.

They beat UGA by 18 points. Ole Miss outgained them by 145 yards. They held UGA to 186 passing and 59 rushing. Ole Miss was +2 in turnovers. UGA led TOP by ~4 minutes.

The same question could be asked regarding Texas and Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee and Georgia and Alabama.

Ole Miss lost to LSU (6-4) and UK (4-6)
UGA lost to Alabama (8-2) and Ole Miss (8-2)
Alabama lost to Vandy (6-4) and Tennessee (8-2)
Tennessee lost to UGA (8-2) and Arkansas (5-5)

Objectively, UGA has the most "quality" losses of the group.

That's the game you want back? At no point was it even competitive.

You were down 20 at half. Ole Miss has never trailed by multiple scores at any point this season. Hell, the Georgia opening score was the only time this season we've trailed by as many as 7 lol

7-3 or 8-2.

No sane person watched that game and thought the difference was home field advantage. The team that was a lot better won by a lot.

I was there. Miserable night. Weather was really crappy and Dawgs were flatter than I've seen them in Kirby's tenure. Ole Miss players and fans were geeked to the nth degree. I don't believe that Ole Miss was the better team, I just think their hair was on fire. Happens.

Funny how superior teams tend to suppress inferior teams.

Yup. Poor accounting of ourselves. Game was over when Shane did the 4th down fake punt. Not needed.

Given that logic, Kentucky and LSU are superior to Ole Miss, and UGA's superior to Texas. Ole Miss beat UGA at home and deserves congrats. Not many would agree that Ole Miss is the "superior team".
