UGA with the 1, 2, and 3 highest tv ratings of the year.

UGA with the most watched game 4/12 weeks.

Odd that Indiana is nowhere to be seen.

I think Indiana vs UGA in a playoff game would have great ratings for Indiana.

I can't find it in me to criticize Indiana's ranking. I know there are some long-suffering fans in places like Evansville who think they've died and gone to heaven.

Do we feel that if they get beat by OSU they deserve a home playoff game more than UGA? There are only like 4 chances for UGA to move up 2 spots and this is one of them.

We need a home playoff game. I think it could spark the team the rest of the way.

Home is huge advantage…weather, travel stress, crowd noise.

These aren’t neutral games. They are true home vs away team crowds.

With the way the committee is screwing us, not sure we could get one

MAYBE…

SMU beats Miami - will they let SMU jump us?

OSU beats Indiana- will they drop Indy below us?

Need UF to beat Ole Miss. Zero hope of AU beating Bama.

If Texas loses to A&M or SECCG they will drop below us IMO. We did beat them at home.

Army unlikely to beat ND.

That’s our moves that I see.

We gotta handle business at home.

Given how hard they hit us after the OM loss, and using Tennessee's precipitous drop after we handled them, I'd like to think that the committee would hammer Indiana for their SOS + a likely lopsided loss vs tOSU.

That should open up a spot in 5-8 for us.

Indiana has no losses, correct?

Yes, they are currently undefeated. It's worth noting that until they play Ohio State on Saturday, Indiana has not played a single team with a winning record this season.

We will see if they prop up Indy or drop them hard. I bet if it’s at all close they keep them propped up.

While that's true, the committee has shown that quality of opponent means nothing. They lose, they will still be above us as all they look at are wins/losses.

I'm having my doubts about this. I could see a 1 loss Indiana being ahead of us. On top of that, they're intent on ranking Bama and Ole Miss ahead of us, too.

Saying that I can't find it in me to criticize their ranking is not the same as saying I agree with their ranking. I think that particular case will work itself out in the next few weeks, and until then I'm happy for their fans.

They will have to find a places to nestle the. Between Bama, Ole Miss and UGA and justify it .

I think the Miami placement (despite them nearly losing 4x and actually losing once to an unranked team) tells us something.

Tinfoil hat time - since Kirby called them out and if we win out, is there a scenario that we are left out totally?

I truly don' understand this one. if those mongoloids want to rank miami above us (and ole miss) ok fine...but why then are they also behind bama?

Indiana supposedly has a 95 percent chance to get in the CFP even if they lose on Saturday, but it would be interesting to see what happens if they get blown off the field. They would get shitted on really hard by the media between Saturday night and the selection show on Tuesday night and it could put some pressure on the CFP committee.

To this point, though, you must give credit where credit is due and have won all but one game by at least 2 touchdowns. One could say but "who did they play," but a team can only play the teams that are on its schedule, which is what we were telling everybody last season.
