Some of the things Cook has bought with his NIL money are 6 apartment complexes, a retirement home, and a medical building.

This is the right way for NIL money to be spent. He’s not blowing it on material things he is setting himself for the future

I saw that he's part of a group bringing Mac A Doodles (liquor store) to O'Fallon.

Good for him. You could say he was a top 5 QB in the SEC last year so he got paid.

The bidding war for QB nationwide this year could be unreal. Will the QB be making more than the Head Coach soon?

I’ve heard his dad’s real estate interests in STL KC and Como (including many Imos’ and Sugarfire stores) are in the neighborhood of half a billion. I’m sure the Imo’s deal Brady got was a great for paying his son as an employee and calling it a business expense. And don’t think I’m bothered by it. Congrats to the Cook family and all their success!

Good for Cook.

At least he realized his QB days were over after this season ...
