Because they are the hardest divisions. If not they should break away from the nfl and become their own league

The Browns already have 4 losses to the NFC East (including Cowboys and Giants who are both terrible) and two losses to the AFC West (Raiders - terrible, Chargers -average), so no they would not be 7-2 in any other division. Try again dummy.
