How to get Beck going

Add a dimension. Beck doesn't get it going until he runs for a desperate third down conversion. If Carson will use his feet more that will free up his game. Beck will never be dual threat but he needs to get into the game.

They showed him in HS running the ball. WTF happened?

Some players have come out and said they need to take a hit before they get comfortable. Carson may be one of those guys, whether he realizes it or not. It frustrates me to no end that no one talks about his mechanical differences between last year and this year....it's night and day. His mechanics this year, especially his footwork, just SCREAMS that he's playing scared of getting hit. He has no internal clock, he's consistently throwing off his back foot, is staring down his receivers, and his tentativeness is causing his throws to be far too late.
I think you're spot on, but it'll never become a strategy unless he asks for it (which he'd never do). Between the way Kirby babies him, his reluctance to take a hit, and looking very scared in the pocket, I think it's safe to say he's a lil' bit of a baby back bitch.

How to get Beck going

On our next third and short against Ole Miss I would love to see Beck run a keeper on the option for a conversion. Beck must turn into a football player.

He is scared of his falling draft stock

If that was the case he would’ve declared last year and told UGA to go pound sand but he didn’t.

Beck needs to not try to make a play on each throw. That is a balance because he has the ability to put it in a tight window and has extended drives with that ability.

What our fans can do is stop being bitches all over social media. Kids read some of it. It’s a free country and you are free to say what you want, even if you don’t know what the frick you are talking about. I know they won’t, however, because Bitches only know how to be Bitches. They feel it is their god given right to let their slits bleed all over the internet, because their sports team isn’t up to their standards.
So, here we are.
So, here we are.

This is almost exactly Aaron Murray's take on his morning YouTube I just watched.
He compares Beck to himself in his final NFL season right before getting cut. Andy Reid told him is he'd still be on the roster if he wasn't trying too hard and just played the system.
This is a good video, and not too long winded or nerdy.

I saw his dad at a gas station last night and he said Carson is using his Covid year and coming back for 2025 to improve his draft stock

Some won't get the joke, but I see what you did there.

I appreciate the bump. We've seen it over and over--Clemson, Bama, Florida and Tennessee. As soon as Beck decides to become a football player and run for an important gain he becomes free to let it fly.
