A good rule of thumb is never to hire Ted Roof.

The coaching profession never ceases to amaze me. I am trying to get all three of my sons to go into college coaching. The only profession you get paid to fail miserable at your job. You suck as a head coach, oh here is another job. You suck as a coordinator, oh here is another job. You suck as as a head coach at a major program...here is millions of dollars because you DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB.
