Every team has cliques, politics, and bad apples... This isn't new.

Whether you're coaching little league baseball or D1 football, these things exist. I'm sure DeBoer knows this. We now a 11+ page thread on this topic. The sky isn't falling... The program isn't crumbling... It's a new coach that has to gain control in a period of extreme change. Let him respond before acting like chicken little. Then, based on how he response, the administration can determine how long he stays around.

So to start an entirely new thread about it seems like the move?

I got it, just busting your balls a bit. I’d say the truth lies somewhere between the hand ringing and head in the sand types.

Comparing little league baseball to D1 football is like me comparing my ZL1 Camaro to a top fuel dragster.

This is the top of the mountain as it gets in
College football. The one that pull the purse strings probably won’t put up with any BS no matter who’s in charge. Big time money on the line

You're missing the point... Using your example, both vehicles will have issues at some point. To think that either can be driven without ever having to deal with maintenance would be ridiculous.

Both sports can have issues with establishing who the leaders are, who the quitters, the mouths, the bad apples, etc...

The politics of dealing with other humans. Many people tend judge other's situations without considering that context. That's something the X and Os and the YouTube statisticians leave out of sports.

I see your point, when it came to little league it was the parents that I found to be way over the top more so than the kids playing at least with my experience. It was the first thought that popped in my head when I seen little league, lol

The way these things are dealt with is what separates success from failure. Lets hope this staff can take difficult actions before things slip too far.

Millions of dollars are not at stake in little league. It always goes back to the money.
