My thoughts on Bama

Preseason I had Bama losing 2 regular season games. Georgia and Tennessee. We’ve lost 2 games. I think we’ll be pretty heavy favorites in the rest of the games this season with the exception of LSU. I’ve also stated that the SEC champion could have 2 losses this season. I’m sure I’ll be downvoted into oblivion for trying to start a positive conversation this early after a loss, but this season seems to be playing out about how most of us thought it would, minus losing to Vanderbilt. We still have a pretty good football team. Inconsistent, but talented. I think we win out, and with a little luck, get a shot at the SEC Championship and maybe sneak in the playoffs. Milroe was horrible tonight, but Tennessee is probably the best defense we’ll see in the regular season and maybe all season(if we make playoffs). We also had our top 3 safeties out the whole second half and despite Milroe playing awful and missing half the secondary, we still had a shot to win against a good team. I expect LSU to give us a tough game because they can sling it around and our secondary isn’t great, but that defense is probably the worst in the SEC. We’ll win about how we did last season. 42-28 type game. Mizou looked terrible today. Oklahoma got blew out by South Carolina. Auburn is terrible and has to come to Tuscaloosa. So in other words, I like where we’re sitting, and I still think we have a very good head coach. D-coordinator is starting to call a little more aggressive. Hopefully the O-coordinator might be starting to realize that we need balance in this offense and Milroe probably doesn’t need to throw it 40 times a game. If this happens and our secondary guys heal up, we win out. Big iffs, but if it happens, we win out! Roll Tide Roll!
