So they brought in all of their employees for a mandatory meeting so they can clap and cheer for Herbstreit to make his grand entrance to the restaurant where there are no actual customers. Did I watch that correctly?

They are everywhere now... but that is where they started.
Ironically, Norman was their second location.
I never understood that because Norman is not a good place to try and open a restaurant... but they did well here.
