...but they're about to play an angry Mississippi State team that has a lot more fight in them than many give them credit for (as both Texas and Georgia learned the past couple of weeks). Will aggy be as loud and cocky after the State game?

Yes, because we're going to beat them.

Why?

Because unlike Bessie and Spot, we're not going to underestimate them.

If we still had Fisher as a couch, you would have a point.
Having said that, this is what it’s like playing in the SEC……week in and week out any team can beat another regardless of rankings.

This game will show if the players are on the same page as our HC.

MSU is equal of what itteck was for us during the big XII years.

Hopefully that will change with this head coaching staff!

Interesting game for sure

When have we been loud and cocky about State?
Taking any SEC opponent lightly can (and often does) result in an arse beating.
Texas A&M players and Coach Elko—and yes, fans too—know this.

The fighting Elkos will be focused and locked in.

This team gets better each week. No one is over looking State after they took the horns to the 4rh quarter down only one score.

Who’d you have in the LSU-OM game?

Surprisingly, I had LSU. Y’all might want to pay attention to the serial killer in Austin, rather than Mississippi State and Texas A&M.

Aggie is still upset that Tennessee out ranks them.
It’s silly at this point of the season

They have played one legacy SEC team. MSU, and didn't look very impressive.

We have been? Most of us think we are average. Lucky to be 5-1 with a back up QB getting most of the snaps. Any road sec game is a dog fight….be disappointing to lost to MSU but no where close to being a lock for a win.

OP, have you even been to a game in Starkville, much less witnessed your team lose there? Had tinnitus the next day from all the damn clanga clanga?

State will always be a menace, especially in Davis Wade, no matter how down they are. No one's taking them for granted.

Not really. We have 3 or 4 relatively new posters that seriously think every passing thought that comes through their mind needs to be made into a new thread.

Tedious.

Very much so as we are going to show the Horn fans exactly what a dominate team looks like against MSST. And then the real fear in Austin begins....
