He's already got transfer experience so he'll be fine when Hugh gets canned.

Knight’s departure last week came as a surprise to many. He announced his decision to join Lipscomb on July 30 and informed first-year coach Kevin Mawae of his decision to leave on Labor Day.

He was 57-of-108 passing for 627 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in three games with the Mustangs.

Who the frick gave this kid a 5th star?

ETA: The answer is nobody.

He's just a good Christian man trying to bring a winner to Auburn.

I guess I don't understand how that is possible considering every major recruiting service has him as a four star.

He may turn out to be a good player, but he needs someone who can develop him.

But he just committed to Hugh Freeze.

Maybe?

Either way. By committing he must've come to terms he's not starting immediately.

an elite physical profile that needs plenty of seasoning if he’s going to reach his full potential.

Must get more consistent with his ball placement, but can pick apart defenses if he finds a rhythm.

Has proven to be a rather streaky player at times under the lights, but the good is really good, and the raw traits separate him from a lot of his peers.

Couple all of that with his 10 yards per completion average, it looks like congratulations are in order.
