Both QBs brought a team back to win the game

QBx 24 of 38 343 yards 4 TDs 2 INTs

QBy 21 of 32 338 yards 3 TDs 1 INT

Both should be good enough to win if the team is placed in better positions. The wildcat at the 1 was dumb. The terrible series before the half. That was the reason towns rushed the kick and missed. Terrible game management situations costs auburn points.

If you extrapolate those stats out over a season I take #2. You’d win a lot of games with those stats

The INT matter as to if they were returned for points or not

QBx is Cam Ward brought his team back to win.

QBy is Thorne brought Oklahoma back to win

However VT got robbed on a horrible overturn on a review.

Another question.

Who’s more responsible for the loss?

Lee on defense giving up the PI in the endzone and giving up the deep bomb in the 4th?

Or Thorne on the pick 6?

Gotta throw Towns in there. 27 yard FG miss, twice.

Or CHF for putting in Sam Jackson on the goal line, running RPO scheme in obvious run downs? Going 5 wide empty when punting the ball is ok up in the game?

uncatchable pass, terrible PI flag

the fricking pick 6 that surrendered the lead to Ok.

terrible play clock management by Freeze rattled the true freshman kicker

nothing wrong with the playcall, only the execution by the Qb

it was a dumb playcall. should have been a qb sneak

All are contributing factors, but when it boils down to it, Throwing a pick 6 in a cruicial moment in the game is more responsible for the loss.

eta: Both Freeze and Thorne are losers. I think that is the main takeaway from yesterday's ball game

Been better off going with Sean Jackson over Sam Jackson in that situation

I don’t ask for much. I understand I am biased by my personal relationship with the kid but please just give me 4 carries and 8 snaps a game for my boy Sean Jackson.

Don't forget he ran the same dumb wildcat play to the left side on 1st and goal from the 6 yard line 3 plays earlier.

This one's on him. And he owns in it the press conference.

He did. I will give him that.

But and this is no defense of Hugh this team finds ways to lose. Regardless of way. Regardless of player.
