If OU had been in the SEC when Baker played, which SEC fanbase would have killed him first

I don't think Baker Mayfield would have turned into the same person if he was playing football in the SEC.
We saw in his last game playing against UGA in 2017 that he started to get humbled by the hits he was taking from the UGA defense. If he had 2-3 games a year in the SEC where he was taking hits like that, his ego might not have ended up where it did.
That's not to say he wouldn't have success. But you don't plant a flag at mid-field and act like an arse when LSU/UGA/Bama/etc defensive linemen are going to demolish you over and over (even after you get the pass away in time). You try to make it so they let up to avoid a flag rather than play through the echo of the whistle to "get even".

You know damn well there's only a couple top heavy teams that could have hit like that Georgia team. Outside of that, Baker would have literally scorched earth through the rest of the SEC.

A tip for all:
If you ever get down in the mouth about your job - you feel like you're under-utilized, underemployed, not challenged, and it seems like the company has no desire or window for you to show your stuff...
Then think of Baker Mayfield. He couldn't even nail the starting job at Texas Tech, but then killed it at OU.
IOW, it may not be you, it may be your company leadership is incompetent. Go get another job.

Idk, but LSU would have stopped him with the perfect zone and probably Florida too, but Saban would have played combo man and he would have torched imis scrambling

Johnny Football and Lamar Jackson did Jack shite against LSU. Why would it be any different with Papa Turf?
