Tickets from FEVO

I ordered two tickets from FEVO for Saturday’s game. I checked and the payment went through to my credit card.
I received an email saying they would email the tickets a week before the game. As of now I have not received the tickets.
Of course there is not a phone number just a email and they send an auto- reply back but nothing helpful.
Has anyone used FEVO before and did you actually get tickets???

Wish I knew earlier. Looks like I am going to have 8 in Section 14.
I got burn’t this summer with resale tickets through StubHub via TicketMaster for Bochelli in Atlanta. $800 for 2 suite tickets. Turned out they were fake. My wife and cousin were asked to leave and put in other seats.
It took me 3 months to get my money back.
If you do not get your tickets… call your credit card company to alert them. Save all documentation, get names who you speak with including date and time.

I can personally vouch for BigTastey! He has hooked me and my family up with tickets in the past - he is a great man with a great family

I always go through seat geek for tickets. I was able to nab 4 under the Jumbotron for about $60 a piece after fees. I got the tickets instantly.

I have never heard of FEVO and that's always a big enough red flag for me. Sometimes that means I lose out, but more often than not I get what I want anyways. Someone else has to be the guinea pig before me.
I used stubhub last year and I got the tix the morning of the game which was fine.
