Finally getting to watch the replay on TV. The team physically looks so much better and bigger than years before - honestly haven’t paid much attention to Hugh’s S&O program but it appears to be legit.

Yes, but also remember you are seeing elite athletes finally in an AU uniform. We were rolling with Vandy transfers in the past. These kids just look different when playing.

Faulk and McLeod on the defense really stood out as guys who look like they did major work in the offseason on their bodies. Both those guys looked absolutely jacked. Someone already mentioned him in another thread, but Blocton looked good as well. Once he gets more time in the S&C program he may be a monster.

Bradyn Joiner, he did one of those interviews. He has trimmed down the hair and beard, and he said he is now 308lbs, down from almost 360. Proper eating and extra workouts.

He went from looking like a cherub faced dough boy to a friggn man, he looks like he is 25 years old and solid.

Pink and JLee talked about it, said you would literally hardly recognize him if you hadnt seen him for a year.

I also saw the interview with the S&C coach, he said some of the pros still come back to work with him, quite the testament given the access they have to pro programs.

I hear a lot of the kids also mention the woman in charge of nutrition for them, they must get some pretty individualized diets for what the coaches want.

Brings back memories of Bear "That boy is just a freshman, we got to put some weight on him, get him down to Dreamland more often".
