I think is the most talented WR corps we’ve ever had and will only improve because our best are so young. He isn’t Terry Beasley, Ronnie Daniels or Frank Sanders, he’s different but Cam Coleman is the most talented WR we’ve ever had at Auburn. These guys are legit and something we’ve never truly seen at Auburn. I truly expect Thorne to break single season passing records this season with our WRs.
Rocket Simmons and PT are both game changers, and excited about witnessing the transformation of them becoming great players.

Nice to see them get open and fake out the defenders.

I’m excited too but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. They’re mostly young talent and faced a bad Alabama A&M team.
They might pan out but that 2004 crew was an impressive bunch. 2014, while a disappointment, had a lot of natural talent and skill to work with.

Those were "talented receivers" playing in average-ish to poor (Malzahn) passing offenses, for head coaches who wanted to predominantly run the football on every drive.
You seriously underrate the fact that Freeze WANTS to have these guys cook, which means that their production will reflect that. He runs a WR friendly offense - nobody would ever mistake Tuberville/Borges or Malzahn (lol) with that label.
