This dude is wrong, FSU isn't that talented or they wouldn't have lost to Tech. The stats for both teams were pretty even and so no one can say FSU didn't play well. What lost them the game was an inability to run the ball at 98 yards rushing to 190 of Tech.

If I don't have a rooting interest in a game I just try to enjoy it, but I do usually pull slightly for the underdog. With that slight bias, I just felt Georgia Tech was the more physical and better coached team.

DJU is not bad, but he ain’t great either. He made some nice throws on 4th down and didn’t throw any int’s. I think what was bad was FSU’s refusal to alter their game plan which apparently was just run the ball and then run it some more. Also worth noting- their OC was suspended for this game.

You can have your high school recruiting rankings. What I saw yesterday was Tech manhandling free shoes U on the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball with skill players that were every bit as talented and fast or even more talented than what they had. Seems the eye ball test on game day means more than some arbitrary recruiting ranking.

Any team that is any good would beat Tech yesterday. Throw out the recruiting rankings concerning FSU, they suck.

DJU can't throw deep accurately and GA Tech knew it, which makes defending everything else easier. But they also gave up over 190 yrs rushing which won't win you many games either. They have problems on both sides of the ball.

Both aren't very good but good on Tech for beating a very overrated FSU team.
I don't look at recruiting rankings once teams like this step on the field and FSU isn't even close to a ranked team. Norvell can't recruit but because of the name, they get major bumps. FSU is fools gold.
