Sooners, how did you decouple from Okie State?

All I heard from everyone on every message board for the last billion years was that the oklahoma state legislature blah blah would never let the two schools get split up from being in the same conference.

We just had to tell the powers that be, It was time to continue our dominance over Mizzou. Enough time had passed. Can't wait till this Fall!

I think it's the most lopsided instate rivalry...theyre really fricking dumb...they are kind of like a watered down texas a&m, and most of their fans are fat gingers.

Sorry this isn't the old Mizzou. NIL and the new transfer portal rule change has helped big time to compete against top teams for recruits and on the field.
This year OU will be in for a rude awakening!

How about Florida? How did they fall off a cliff with all those top talents on the roster. Also, Florida is in a state that has a huge recruiting ground that should have no problem winning 10 games or so every year. Good Luck. I really want to see Florida beating Georgia, Tennessee, and LSU.

OU tried to get OkState into the SEC in 2010-2011 but it was denied with no Texas in the mix. Then again more recent but SEC would only take OU & Texas to start. Governor of Oklahoma is an OSU alum so I know they’ll continue to lobby as it’s good for the state’s land grant & research programs.
As someone from Houston that visited A&M, LSU, TCU, OU before choosing OSU…I think OkState will eventually get in as a plus one with ACC schools. Most of the OU fans on this board that have never stepped foot in an OU classroom will tell you differently.

They did better than we did with aggy, but there's still a chance they run screaming to the B1G, so there's that.

I disagree. It's still the same. Until you actually win something that matters, you're still the same booger eating Chase Daniel Mizzou from years past.

Did you know so far this recruiting class is the best ever! How did that happened?
NIL and transfer portal rule change made the difference. No more top teams can take advantage of others by paying under the table and use that against lesser schools. Those days are long gone!

They're nothing like A&M and there are a ton of hot girls at Oklahoma State. My girlfriend went there and her sorority was stacked with talent

If that was true how come Mizzou was able to win 11 games last season? Plus, beating OSU in the bowl game. I guess you are still thinking Mizzou is in the Big 12.
