So if we are to ignore SEC teams picked ahead of OU because their coaches haven’t done shite, how should we feel about an OU coach who himself has not done shite?

You are missing the point by Lehman.
All the negative stuff is based on projection by writers and fans of SEC schools that haven't done anything beyond Bama/UGA of which OU DOESN'T play one of them. Perhaps fans/writers of schools not named Bama/UGA ought to simmer their azzes down a bit.

That's the point! BV hasn't done sht EQUAL to all others not named Kirby Smart. SO why pick them all ahead of BV? Get it now??????? Should be well, we got to see how the rest of them all stack up v OU. Instead it's OU 9th out of all these other schools.

So, if I understand him correctly, 12 of the 14 old SEC teams suck because only 2 of the 14 have won a championship in the past 3 years?

How did he lie though? Address what he said. Why attack the person? He made some claims did he not? Address those. A lot of new coaches in the SEC.

I feel like LSU had a pretty good team a few years ago. The rest of the league hasn’t done shite because of Alabama and Georgia to some extent. It will be the same for OU. He trashed those teams but failed to recognize that OU has had turnover and done Jack shite in a much weaker conference.

So what? It doesn't mean a thing. BAMA is the gold standard and we have to hear every season that Coach Saban is through. BAMA won't sustain itself during the NIL era. Coach DeBoer can't coach. He can go 104-12 lifetime, he can go to the National Championship game with a 4-win team and take them to 25-3 in his 2 years and win multiple COTY honors, but now that he's at the Gold Standard he can't coach.
BAMA will prove it on the field. Oklahoma fans better start figuring it out or you might want to stay off the rant. Or maybe stop listening to the media fans who have a complex. The SEC will eat its own. Think about how they feel about you.

I think picking OU to be 9th is silliness. I don’t think 4th-6th is unrealistic. In the Big 12, only Texas had close to the same talent. In the SEC, UGA/Bama have better talent. LSU/Auburn/Florida/TN/Texas/Tamu all have similar talent to OU.
The SEC is tough as hell for anyone, especially with you and Texas onboard.

That's not how this works buddy. Oklahoma has played in a 2nd tier conference for 20 years and has a record padded by cupcakes. OU has a real path to 5 losses this year.

I see both sides
First off Teddy is an idiot. I’ve heard snippets of his show and podcast and it’s amazing OU fans worship this guy.
OU in the B12 had to get up for 2 maybe 3 games a year and could sleepwalk through the rest. They play a shitty non conference(no P5 teams last year and Houston is the one this year) and get up for Texas and maybe Ok State or a Kansas St.
It will be interesting to see them and Texas adjust to having to play their A game every week.
With that said, I do think they could win 10 or 11 games this year and on paper have way more talent than Mizzou, Ole Miss and Tenn so those should be 3 wins. Talent wise they are 3rd behind UGA and Bama.

So his point is that predictions are an educated guess about what may, or may not, happen? Ok. Was that not already known? It’s all opinion. People get paid to state their opinions. Coaches get paid to prove those opinions right, or wrong. Y’all will get your chance to show what you got. Until then, non of this yapping matters. Everyone here was already well aware of that. Welcome to the SEC.
