I’ve done ribs a few times and wasn’t planning on a big BBQ this weekend because it’s too damned hot but will post some pics of the smoked wings I’m cooking up now on the kettle. I’m practicing for football season.

I thought we were doing the riboff on the 4th. I posted a couple photos but was ultimately shite hammered off blackberry crown and crystal lite lemonade.
I made some amazing pastrami cured baby backs along with a slab of traditional St. Louis style ribs and some sweet heat at Louis ribs.
I won the family rib off yet again but was too inebriated to document the entire thing in photographs
