They nearly did, and I am not sure that single loss in supers negates all the NCAAB firsts they achieved

Nah, 24 baseVOLS would destroy 23 LSU in a 3 game series. Our offense would be too much to overcome.

I love this years team but imo, the 2022 squad was one of the best college ball teams I've seen play.
Yeah, they didn't win the NCAA championship but it's baseball...the best teams hardly ever wins it all.
It's been 25 years since the number one team won it all.
