We are two victories away from winning the natty.
If 7 years ago when we hired Vitello as the worst baseball program in the SEC suffering a decade+ ncaa tournament drought that we would be just two wins away from a natty, I’d have thought you were insane.

The sun will rise and the Tennessee Volunteers will get a chance to keep playing for a national fricking championship in baseball.
Things could be-and have been-a lot worse for this program than finding ourselves with the opportunity to seize momentum and force a deciding game 3 for the natty.

Ya, the chance to compete for a baseball natty is a real bitch. frickin jealous of the other 300+ D1 programs who do not share our burden of being just two wins away from the natty.

Yep the Vols lost game 1 of a 3 game series. That’s 2 post season losses since they won the SEC tournament. Too many errors to overcome. They played tight and lost.
