Hope this puts an end to the “sources” that Vitello is leaving after the CWS.

I don’t see why he would leave. He’s built something great there and he is an incredible coach.

Me neither. He IS Tennessee baseball. He has single handedly built Tennessee into one of the elites.
Pre-Vitello, Tennessee was a shite place to coach with no support, and poor baseball facilities. I used to view UT as a place a coach was hired just to get fired. I thought he was crazy to leave Arkansas as an assistant to go to UT, even as a HC due to everything I just mentioned.
I'm an unabashed Vitello fan. People can say what they want about him, but he's a hellacious coach and recruiter.

I Don't know if he is leaving or not leaving but every coach says the same type of thing right before they leave! You just cant go by what they say Period!

Only way Tony goes anywhere in my opinion is if it’s MLB.
He’s done a great job and has made significant changes the last couple of years in particular with his marketability. He’s similar to Bryson Dechambeau as someone that used to appear to be a massive tool is now pretty cool.

Better go back and worry about your team because I hear your coach is nervous as hell about facing us and one of your fans has hit the panic mode because reality is setting of key injuries.

Coming from a team that was overrated the entire year and got outplayed by an A&M team that had it easy in their bracket.
