A 20,000+ seat baseball stadium would have to be built on West Campus which is WAY outside the main campus.

I think he’s pushing for 20k seats as a dream scenario… which is not feasible in the current location.
The current footprint is still most likely, and we would probably renovate to add a couple more thousand seats and and some standing room only sections to get up to 10k-12k.

He would like a new stadium, instead of renovating BBP. However, i don't think he's going to get it. Supposedly we've approved 80M to renovate the exisitng field.

$80 million investment in baseball is pretty substantial. Current location is very good. Just need to have a program for periodic expansion and upgrades.
