NCAA is not going to have any say in the matter. The promoter of a nice collegiate basketball tournament no longer has any relevancy in college football....the courts have rendered them impotent to regulate anything and without some sort of quasi anti-trust exemption there is nothing that one school might do that can be stopped by one or a group of schools. It used to be pretty common for big programs to have huge rosters...some 30 or so will again sooner than later....

Here is why i’m not worried about that.

I dont see any player signing their NIL deal and then turning around and paying 29k for tuition out of it.

they are going to want tuition and room and board too.
