It’s not even a ban bet if you just make another account. Why on Earth would the ban bet even exist if the understanding amongst the participants were that the banned party wouldn’t actually leave?
Those may be your ban bet rules, but that’s not how it’s ever been known to operate.

Does not matter if someone believes me. My parents raised me correctly and a man should keep his word of honor, and so I did.
