Arkansas and Mizzou share nothing in common but a border. It would’ve already been a rivalry decades ago if it was going to be one. There’s no interest on our side in this.

Makes sense. Also the border has no people and the few that are there likely claim the region more than the state. It would be like Kentucky and West Virginia being rivals because there are a bunch of hillbillies separating them. We did take 1700 square miles of your best farmland and beat up on the thieving Mormons to the point where Brigham Young took vengeance by slaughtering dozens of your families. I guess we sent Sam Walton your way, so we’re all even.

Responses like this are exactly why I see a rivalry budding. If Arkansas fans really didn’t care, they wouldn’t feel the need to scream about how irrelevant we are to them every time this comes up. Just embrace it, Piggies.

You're right. It hasn't been a rivalry since the last time you won a game in the state of Missouri. I'll give you a hint: It was three months after D-Day.
