YES = Notre Dame (representing USA and East Coast)
YES = Ohio State (representing upper Midwest)
YES = Oklahoma (representing lower Midwest)
NO = Penn State (behind Notre Dame)
NO = texas (behind Oklahoma)
You can not be a mega blue blood and be behind another school in your region.
